Update on Enhanced Operations at Maxwell Chambers

In light of the recent COVID-19 developments, Maxwell Chambers is fully committed with the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) latest circuit breaker measures to minimise the spread of COVID-19. We have since decided to take further steps to partially suspend our operations with immediate effect from 7 April onwards.

Our facility will be closed from 7 April to 4 May 2020 as we do our part to fight the pandemic and to take more measures to safeguard the well-being of our clients, stakeholders and staff. Hence, we will be suspending all our hearings and usage of our facilities, including Maxwell Chambers Suites. We will only accept venue bookings after 4 May and will provide updates accordingly to those affected by the closure.

Until our facilities reopen, we encourage all communications to be via email. Please be assured that Maxwell Chambers will remain fully operational as all staff will be telecommuting and will be able to assist you with your queries. We will also keep you informed of any developments.

Please contact us to find out more about our secure cloud-based platform to conduct virtual ADR hearings in place of physical hearings, which will allow legal teams to minimise disruptions to their case proceedings. We will provide the necessary assistance to conduct a successful virtual hearing, even with all parties working remotely.
