Update on Virtual ADR Hearings at Maxwell Chambers

As part of our business continuity plan during the COVID-19 crisis, Maxwell Chambers will still be accepting and accommodating virtual hearings during this period, amidst the implementation of the extended circuit breaker measures from 7 April till 1 June 2020. While our facilities will be closed, Maxwell Chambers will remain fully operational as all staff will be telecommuting and will be able to assist you with your queries. Update on Enhanced Operations at Maxwell Chambers

In light of the recent COVID-19 developments, Maxwell Chambers is fully committed with the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) latest circuit breaker measures to minimise the spread of COVID-19. We have since decided to take further steps to partially suspend our operations with immediate effect from 7 April onwards. Our facility will be closed from 7 April to 4 May 2020 as we do our part to fight the pandemic and to take more measures to safeguard the well-being of our clients, stakeholders and staff. Precautionary measures in response to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

LATEST UPDATE In light of COVID-2019 [DORSCON level Orange], we have put in place the following precautionary measures: Self-Declaration and Temperature Screening All visitors, contractors and workers, including delivery and dispatch staff, will be required to complete a health & travel declaration form and temperature screening upon arrival. Guests and staff found to have a temperature of 37.6C and above will be denied entry. We urge guests to be vigilant, observe good personal hygiene and to seek medical attention immediately if unwell. 50 Students From 13 Schools Appointed Singapore Convention Youth Ambassadors

Some 50 students from 13 schools will be appointed Singapore Convention Youth Ambassadors to high-level international delegations visiting Singapore in August to witness the signing of the Singapore Convention on Mediation. This was announced on 18 June by the Ministry of Law (MinLaw) at the launch of the Singapore Convention Youth Involvement Programme at Maxwell Chambers. Under this programme, the 17 to 18-year-old students will host guided tours around key places of interest.
