GABRIELLE KAUFMANN-KOHLER\nGabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler practices international commercial\, investment and sports arbitration. She is regularly ranked among the top arbitrators worldwide; a study of investment arbitration released in 2016 concluded that she was the “most influential arbitrator in the world”. Gabrielle is also a Professor at Geneva University Law School and the founder of the Geneva LLM in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS)\, a joint program of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and Geneva Law School. She is also the President of the Center for International Dispute Settlement (CIDS). She teaches international arbitration law and heads a number of research projects in this area. \nAmong other positions\, Gabrielle is President of ICCA since April 2018. She is also Honorary President of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and was ASA President from 2001 to 2005. She is further a founder of the FIAA and the President of its Advisory Board\, and a former member of the ICC Court\, LCIA Court\, and AAA Board. She was and is a member of the Swiss delegation to UNCITRAL Working Group II on transparency\, and to Working Group III on the reform of investor-state arbitration\, for which she co-authored two CIDS reports. \nLAWRENCE TEH\nLawrence Teh is the Global Co-Head of Dentons’ International Arbitration practice and a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. He is Co-Head of Dentons Rodyk’s International Arbitration and Shipping practice groups. He has particular experience in handling commercial disputes including those of international trade and commodities\, maritime and aviation\, banking and financial services\, onshore and offshore construction\, mergers\, acquisitions\, joint ventures and other investments\, and insurance. \nLawrence advises clients and acts as counsel and appears regularly as lead counsel in the Singapore courts\, in arbitration\, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. In 2001\, he established a boutique law firm in Brussels concentrating on international arbitration and litigation. The firm has offices in Brussels and Singapore. \nSince 1978\, Bernard has been actively involved in international commercial arbitration as party-appointed arbitrator\, chairman\, sole arbitrator\, counsel and expert in various parts of the world. \nHe is the author of Complex Arbitrations: Multi-party\, Multi-contract & Multi-issue\, Kluwer\, The Hague\, 2006\, second edition 2020 and of more than 120 articles\, most of them relating to international commercial law and arbitration\, and he frequently lectures on this topic. \nLAWRENCE TEH\nLawrence Teh is the Global Co-Head of Dentons’ International Arbitration practice and a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. He is Co-Head of Dentons Rodyk’s International Arbitration and Shipping practice groups. He has particular experience in handling commercial disputes including those of international trade and commodities\, maritime and aviation\, banking and financial services\, onshore and offshore construction\, mergers\, acquisitions\, joint ventures and other investments\, and insurance. \nLawrence advises clients and acts as counsel and appears regularly as lead counsel in the Singapore courts\, in arbitration\, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. She specialises in international commercial arbitration\, investment treaty arbitration and public international law. Elodie has particular expertise in energy\, mining\, joint venture/shareholder disputes as well as disputes involving States and Asia-Africa disputes. In addition to her work as counsel\, Elodie has been appointed as arbitrator in over 20 arbitrations\, including under the auspices of the ICC\, HKIAC\, SIAC\, AIAC\, KIAC and ad hoc.  She is admitted to practice in England & Wales (Solicitor-Advocate) and Paris\, France.  She is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer at the Singapore International Commercial Court. \nBYUNG-CHOL (B.C.) YOON\nByung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon is a partner at Kim & Chang and the co-chair of the firm’s International Arbitration Practice. \nMr. Yoon has represented the firm’s clients in more than 200 arbitration cases arising out of complex multi-jurisdictional disputes of wide ranging subject matters\, including mergers and acquisitions\, joint ventures\, overseas investments\, construction\, and others. He is a member of the LCIA Court and has previously served on the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the SIAC Board of Directors. He is lauded as one of Korea’s foremost arbitration experts\, having served as President of the Korean Council for International Arbitration (KOCIA) and played a key role in promoting international arbitration in Korea and revising KCAB’s International Arbitration Rules. \nMr. Yoon has been consistently ranked as a leading practitioner by  Chambers Global\, Chambers Asia-Pacific\, Legal 500\, and The International Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration.
