[Save the date] Building the arbitration model for tomorrow – A conference presented by the IBA Arbitration Committee

SIAC will be participating at the APAC Legal Congress, hosting two panels targeted at managing the arbitration of disputes from the vantage point of in-house counsel.

The ICC International Court of Arbitration is organizing its annual pre-moot to help teams prepare for the 32nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

The ICC VIS Pre-Moot will be held in-person* from 2 to 4 April 2025 at the ICC Headquarters in Paris, France.

The Vis East Moot Competition is the sister competition to the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna.

This event aims to shed light on the pivotal role women play in peacebuilding and conflict resolution. We will share what women’s nature brings to conflict resolution, not only from social and political conflicts but also from the commercial arbitration process.
