Posture Pitfalls in the Office & Self-Remedies for Pain

As we celebrate Wellness month in June, we have carefully curated an interactive ergonomics session designed to address a common concern – finding effective remedies for workplace-related pain caused by poor posture. The workshop will cover the fundamentals of good posture and explore what to avoid. Whether you’re working from the office or remotely, it is essential to have a proper ergonomic set-up at your work desk.
Leading this 1 hour workshop will be ergonomic specialist and AHPC registered physiotherapist Vivian Mok. She will share tips on optimising your workstation setup to minimise discomfort. She will also provide practical advice on recognising and avoiding common posture pitfalls that arise from extended periods of sedentary routines.
