Video Conferencing Platform
Choose between “BlueJeans” or “Zoom” VC platform for your virtual or hybrid hearing. We are also able to support other VC platforms if required.
Dedicated Virtual Hearing Moderator
A VH manager will be present throughout the hearing to ensure it runs smoothly. From organising test calls, to taking parties through hearing etiquette, ensuring connectivity and quality of the video conference and troubleshooting any technical difficulties.

We work closely with our partners to facilitate an integrated solution to drive your hearing.

Connect to our secure and high speed Wi-Fi, wherever you are in the building. If you need hard-wired Ethernet services, let us know.
Individually Secured Rooms
Passes are programmed for each guest at Maxwell Chambers to provide access to the designated hearing and breakout room for each hearing.
AV and Technical Support
Our expert AV/IT team is available on-site for your hearings to troubleshoot any technical difficulties.
Concierge Service
We are focused on providing you best-in-class service so that you can focus on your hearing proceedings. Our customer relationship team will co-ordinate all aspects of the hearing logistics and ensure the best experience with curated dining and concierge services.
Catering
Any food consumed within Maxwell Chambers must be catered through us. No outside Food & Beverage is permitted. Lunch / Dinner menus are frequently updated. Clients can also opt for the option to include Tea Breaks during your hearing.
Business Centre
The business centre is fully equipped with a business-class printer, photocopier, office supplies and paper shredder. Charges apply.
Coffee Corners
Complimentary coffee and tea at dedicated coffee corners. (For ADR proceedings only) Existing Safe Management
