Introduction
Welcome to MAXWELL CONNECTher, our ongoing initiative to highlight women arbitrators in the Asia Pacific region. With the support of our partner arbitral institutions – ACICA, AIAC, HKIAC, JCAA, KCAB, SIAC, PICCR and VIAC, we have compiled a list of women arbitrators who are (1) residing in Asia Pacific and (2) affiliated with one of our partner arbitral institutions based in Asia Pacific. Our hope is to collectively showcase women arbitrators in a region experiencing rapid economic growth. This list will continue to grow as we continue to look to other Asian arbitral institutions to include other women arbitrators based in Asia.
With the trajectory of economic growth in Asia poised to continue over the next few decades, the Asian Century is already here.
