Here are some of their suggestions: 

• Spread the opportunity with equity hiring
• Diversify and regularly monitor the pool of arbitrators
• Increase representation of women in leadership positions and decision-making roles
• Ensure all our colleagues are treated fairly
• Empower women for stronger resilience
• Be inclusive and welcoming to everyone
• Encourage gender-neutral language in rules, laws, procedures and other documents
• Collaborate with gender-focused organisations and provide requisite trainings

We are all so much stronger if we collectively work together to create a community that benefits everyone involved.
