[Press Release] Maxwell Chambers Appoints Deputy Heads of Legal Partnerships and Legal Strategy to Strengthen its Contribution to the International Dispute Resolution Community
Singapore, 3 August 2026 — Maxwell Chambers, Singapore’s premier dispute resolution hub is pleased to announce the appointments of Ms Feline Wong as Deputy Head of Legal Partnerships and Mr Rohan Gulati as Deputy Head of Legal Strategy.
Working under the leadership of Ms Karen Tan, Strategic Advisor, Feline and Rohan will support Maxwell Chambers’ expanding work with dispute resolution institutions, thought leadership initiatives and international collaborations.
Over the past year, Maxwell Chambers has broadened its contribution to the international dispute resolution community beyond the provision of hearing facilities. In addition to supporting hearings, the team now provides secretariat support to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Singapore Branch) and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Maxwell Chambers has developed strategic partnerships with leading institutions and launched initiatives such as the Maxwell Summit, the inaugural Maxwell Challenge as well as a series of collaborative roundtable discussions that bring together practitioners, institutions and users to examine emerging issues in dispute resolution.
Feline Wong, a dual-qualified lawyer called to the Bar of England and Wales and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, will lead Maxwell Chambers’ engagement with dispute resolution institutions, professional bodies and strategic partners, while identifying opportunities for collaboration, joint initiatives and professional exchange.
Rohan Gulati, an India-qualified lawyer who holds an LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore, will lead research and strategic projects examining emerging issues in international dispute resolution, including collaborative initiatives and thought leadership programmes.
