About Maxwell Challenge  

As part of Singapore Convention Week 2026, Maxwell Chambers will launch 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞, the first premier mediation moot competition in Singapore, designed to cultivate the next generation of dispute resolution leaders. 

Reflecting Singapore’s commitment to mediation under the Singapore Convention on Mediation, the Maxwell Challenge will provide an international platform for students to develop advanced mediation skills. Unlike other international competitions, past and present, the Maxwell Challenge will be the first to mirror real-world mediation and the entire mediation process, from online pre-mediation and negotiations to the mediation itself and the delivery of outcomes that serve the interests of all parties. 

Supported by Maxwell Chambers’ leading partners in this space and drawing on their extensive network of practitioners of the highest level, the competition will connect participants with prominent mediators and dispute resolution professionals, offering both mentorship and exposure to global best practices.
