CIArb Singapore branch’s Annual Thought Leadership Lecture will feature The Right Honourable Beverley McLachlin PC CC on the topic “The Importance of Diversity in Judicial and Arbitrator Decision-Making”. The distinguished speaker will share her views and reasons why diversity in decision-makers is critical, and the impact of efforts towards greater gender diversity in the Canadian courts, both inside and outside the courts. The lecture will be followed by a moderated Q&A with CIArb Singapore branch Chair drawing on the themes of the lecture, and discussing Justice McLachlin’s fascinating career journey.
