IPBA Arbitration Day 2022: International Arbitration in the Endemic Age
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the world in more ways than one could ever imagine. While the pandemic created unprecedented challenges, great opportunities for change and innovation also came along, even in the international arbitration landscape.
In this endemic age, it is apt for us to take a step back to reflect on the past two years to assess the significant trends and developments related to international commercial and investment arbitration across the Asia-Pacific region, to ascertain the changes, in particular the novel types of disputes and practices that have evolved, as well as to explore the future of international arbitration. Will it be business as usual or will there be a new normal?
Eminent arbitration practitioners from all over the world will share their views and perspectives in three separate panel discussions, (1) Reviewing the Current Status (2) Identifying the Changes (3) Gazing into the Future.

SIAC Symposium 2022
The SIAC Symposium is SIAC’s new flagship conference which will bring together various stakeholders of the international arbitration community, to provide a platform for dialogue, co-creation and cross-pollination of ideas and networking opportunities.

Singapore Convention Week 2022
The Singapore Convention Week (SC Week) 2022 will be held from 29 August to 2 September 2022.
Organised by the Singapore Ministry of Law (MinLaw), in collaboration with partner organisations, SC Week 2022 features a week-long series of legal and dispute resolution-related events.
At the heart of the SC Week is the UNCITRAL Academy held from 30 August to 1 September 2022, which comprises the UNCITRAL Academy Conference and the UNCITRAL Academy Capacity-Building Workshops, jointly organised by MinLaw and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

The 7th ICC Asia-Pacific Conference on International Arbitration is taking place on 21-22 June 2022 in Singapore and online via the ICC DRS App!
