If the choice of a decision-maker could affect the outcome, how are those crucial choices made, and what are the processes in place? The event is jointly organised by Ciarb Singapore and the Singapore branch of the International Law Association (SG-ILA).
Join us for the upcoming Young ITF and SG VYAP webinar in which our stellar panellists will share their perspectives on mediation in the ISDS context. In particular, they will discuss strategic benefits of mediation, hurdles to the wider use of mediation in ISDS, practical insights into conducting ISDS mediations and the role of mediation in the UNCITRAL WG III reform.
The Conference, jointly organised by CIArb and IPOS, will comprise 5 panel sessions covering a range of current IP and tech-related topics including IP Arbitration, IP Valuation, IP Mediation, FRAND/SEPs, and AI & IP. The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Singapore and London branches along with Aon's EMEA and Asia Litigation Risk Group will discuss “Navigating Enforcement Risks in Investor-State Arbitration”.
Join us in a special Singapore Convention Week edition on the topic "Managing Public Policy" as we explore both contour and content of this familiar but not fully charted area of international arbitration.
