The 3^rd edition of the ICC South Africa Arbitration and ADR Days, taking place from 5–11 February 2026 in Johannesburg and Cape Town, brings together dispute resolution stakeholders at a timely moment for advancing South Africa’s role in complex cross-border dispute resolution.

This year’s edition features an ICC Training on International Commercial Arbitration with the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA), ICC YAAF events in both cities and is alongside ICC’s participation at Mining Indaba, the premier African mining investment conference that brings together governments, investors, and industry leaders to explore sustainable growth and investment opportunities across the continent.

On 28 January 2026, the Asia Pacific Institute of Experts (APIEx) and the Society of Construction Law (Singapore) (SCL(S)) will jointly launch the SCL(S) Protocol for the Use of Experts’ Joint Statements in Arbitration. Chaired by Leslie Chew SC, the event will explore how the Protocol aims to improve the presentation, management, and efficiency of expert evidence in Singapore-seated arbitrations.

Join us for the 14th edition of the Joint Energy Conference presented by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), the Institute for Energy Law (IEL) (both subsidiaries of the Center for American and International Law (CAIL)) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration.

This 1½-day ITA-IEL-ICC Joint Conference is presented annually in Houston. It traditionally includes a year-in-review analysis of key developments in international energy arbitration practice during the preceding year, panels and debates concerning these developments, a Young Arbitrators Roundtable and a variety of social networking activities.

The 8th GLA Annual Arbitration & Litigation Summit Malaysia 2026 will take place on 22–23 January 2026 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), with AIAC as Strategic Partner. The summit will bring together leading practitioners, in-house counsel, arbitrators, and industry experts to examine developments shaping arbitration and litigation, including digital courts, AI, third-party funding, and cross-border disputes.

The 2026 Annual Construction Law Update, presented by SCL (Singapore), will feature expert insight into recent developments in construction law in Singapore and England. The seminar will include presentations by Toh Chen Han and Adrian Hughes KC, followed by a networking dinner and drinks.
