8th GLA Annual Arbitration & Litigation Summit Malaysia 2026
The 8th GLA Annual Arbitration & Litigation Summit Malaysia 2026 will take place on 22–23 January 2026 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), with AIAC as Strategic Partner. The summit will bring together leading practitioners, in-house counsel, arbitrators, and industry experts to examine developments shaping arbitration and litigation, including digital courts, AI, third-party funding, and cross-border disputes.
Annual Construction Law Update 2026
The 2026 Annual Construction Law Update, presented by SCL (Singapore), will feature expert insight into recent developments in construction law in Singapore and England. The seminar will include presentations by Toh Chen Han and Adrian Hughes KC, followed by a networking dinner and drinks.
14th ITA-IEL-ICC Joint Conference on International Energy Arbitration
Join us for the 14th edition of the Joint Energy Conference presented by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), the Institute for Energy Law (IEL) (both subsidiaries of the Center for American and International Law (CAIL)) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration.
This 1½-day ITA-IEL-ICC Joint Conference is presented annually in Houston. It traditionally includes a year-in-review analysis of key developments in international energy arbitration practice during the preceding year, panels and debates concerning these developments, a Young Arbitrators Roundtable and a variety of social networking activities.
